What photo options are available to me to order?
There are currently three (3) options available for you. The first option is a digital photo file, which is the file with the photo being e-mailed directly to your e-mail account. The second option is to order an 8x10 reprint, which you can pick up once the order has been processed. The last option is to order a framed 8x10 reprint with your choice of three frame colours; black, mahogany or cherry. Please note there are no refunds given on digital photo file orders.

How much will it cost to place an order?
How much it costs depends on what you have ordered. Below is an outline of the prices for each of the different photo options available.
        Digital Photo File - $19.99
        8X10 Reprint - $29.99
        Framed 8x10 reprint - $69.99

Will my photo order have 'durhamregion.com' printed across the centre of it like the ones on the website?
No, your photo will not. The 'durhamregion.com' is a watermark that acts as a way of protecting the photos against illegal copying.

How long does an order take?
How long an order takes depends on the type of order that you have. A digital photo order can take between one and seven days to be sent to your email account. A photo reprint and a framed reprint have to be sent to an external printing company and therefore can take from one to three weeks depending on the amount of orders that need to be processed.

How do I know when my order is ready?
If you have ordered a digital file, the file containing your photo will simply be emailed to you. For reprints and framed reprints a representative of Metroland will contact you via telephone to let you know that your order has arrived.

How do I receive my photos?
Digital photos are emailed to your email account, reprints and framed reprints can be picked up at the This Week building in Oshawa located at 865 Farewell St. If this is inconvenient for you, the reprints can be mailed to you. We do not mail the framed photos since we would like to ensure that no damage is done to these orders.

Who is the external printing company?
Robert Aldsworth Photo World, is the external company that prints our reprints and framed reprints.

How is your site secured for online orders?
The photo site is secured by GeoTrust using 128 bit SSL encryption.
